We are proud to share that the EFFEREST project has been featured in the February 2026 newsletter of TRIMIS; the Transport Research and Innovation Monitoring and Information System.

TRIMIS is a key initiative of the European Commission that provides open-access information on transport research and innovation, supporting the development of EU transport policies and the Strategic Transport Research and Innovation Agenda. As a central reference point for monitoring research and innovation activities across Europe, TRIMIS plays an important role in shaping the future of sustainable and smart mobility.

Being highlighted in the TRIMIS newsletter is therefore a valuable recognition of EFFEREST’s contribution to advancing innovative solutions in the transport sector. It also helps increase the visibility of the project among policymakers, researchers, and industry stakeholders across Europe and beyond. A key part of EFFEREST is its focus on real-world validation. Within the project, innovations are tested in modified series vehicles under real driving conditions, supported by virtual simulations. This approach demonstrates how user-centric solutions perform in practice, while validating both energy savings and improvements in user experience.

We are delighted to see EFFEREST gaining visibility through such an important platform and look forward to continuing our work towards more sustainable and efficient mobility solutions.
